Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly maintenance fee cover?
The $25/month fee covers hosting, keeping your support portal live at your URL, maintaining the site, and making small changes whenever you need them — new text, colours, departments, or small tweaks. You don't have to worry about servers, updates or downtime.
What counts as a "small change"?
Changes to content, branding, departments, or configuration that don't require new features. For example updating a phone number, renaming a department, or changing the theme colour. Larger feature requests are quoted separately.
How do I get my login credentials?
Once your portal is built we share the live URL plus the admin and CEO login credentials. You can log in to manage the portal and your team, and your customers get their own accounts when they visit the site.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes — you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, the hosted portal is taken down unless you choose to self-host the code (we hand over the generated files).
How do payments work?
Checkout is powered by Polar, a secure merchant-of-record payment platform. Your card is charged through Polar and you'll receive a receipt for every payment — no account with us needed.
