Refund Policy

• Full refund if you cancel before we start building your portal.
• 50% refund if you cancel after work has started but before the portal is delivered.
• No refund once your portal has been delivered and live credentials have been sent, since the deliverable is complete.

• Cancel anytime — no future charges after cancellation.
• Paid periods are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a hosting outage caused by us exceeds 24 consecutive hours in a paid month, contact us for a pro-rated credit or refund.

Email [billing@rappline.com] with your receipt (from Polar) and a short explanation. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method and typically appear within [5–10 business days].

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
